Tadasoft 20 mg contains tadalafil 20 mg, the usual way to take it for erectile dysfunction is: Take one 20 mg tablet as needed, usually at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food. Sexual stimulation is still necessary for an erection. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. Tadalafil can remain effective for up to 36 hours.
