Zudena 100 Mg contains udenafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). While a clinical study found that alcohol did not significantly change how udenafil is absorbed or its effects on blood pressure and heart rate at the tested doses, combining alcohol with Zudena is still not recommended because both alcohol and udenafil can widen blood vessels. This may increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, low blood pressure, a faster heartbeat, and fainting, especially with larger  Zudena 100 Mg of alcohol. Practical advice If you choose to drink, limit alcohol intake while taking Zudena 100 Mg. Avoid heavy or binge drinking, as it can worsen ED and increase the chance of side effects. Seek medical attention if you experience severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or prolonged symptoms after taking the medication. If you have heart disease, low blood pressure, or take medicines such as nitrates or riociguat, you should not use Zudena without medical advice because of the risk of dangerously low blood pressure.
