When should Vidalista CT 20 not be used with nitrates?

Vidalista CT 20 contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, used for erectile dysfunction. It should never be used with nitrates (like nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or isosorbide mononitrate) because the combination can cause severe, potentially life-threatening hypotension (dangerously low blood pressure). Key Points: Mechanism: Both tadalafil and nitrates increase nitric oxide and cyclic GMP in blood vessels, causing vasodilation. Together, they can drop blood pressure suddenly. Symptoms to watch Vidalista CT 20 if combined accidentally: dizziness, fainting, rapid heartbeat, heart attack risk. Timing: Short-acting nitrates (e.g., sublingual nitroglycerin): avoid tadalafil for at least 48 hours after the last dose. Long-acting nitrates: contraindicated indefinitely while taking tadalafil.  Rule of thumb: If you’re taking any nitrate medication, do not take Vidalista CT 20 under any circumstance without explicit guidance from a doctor.
