Tadarise 60 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). While effective, it can have dangerous interactions with certain drugs or conditions.  Dangerous Interactions Nitrates (for chest pain / angina) Examples: nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate Why dangerous: Can cause severe, sudden drop in blood pressure, leading to fainting, heart attack, or stroke. Rule: Never take Tadarise with nitrates. Alpha-blockers (for prostate enlargement or high blood pressure) Examples: tamsulosin, doxazosin, terazosin Risk: Can cause low blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting, especially when standing up. Other PDE5 inhibitors Examples: sildenafil, vardenafil, avanafil Risk: Increased chance of low blood pressure, Tadarise 60 mg , dizziness, or priapism. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors Examples: ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin Effect: Increases tadalafil levels → higher risk of side effects like headache, flushing, or priapism. Other medications affecting blood pressure Certain antihypertensives or nitrates in combination can exacerbate low blood pressure.  Conditions That Increase Risk Heart disease, recent heart attack, unstable angina Severe liver or kidney disease Low blood pressure  ) or uncontrolled high blood pressure History of stroke or retinal disorders  Safety Tips Always tell your doctor about all medications and health conditions. Start at the lowest effective dose if your doctor approves. Do not combine Tadarise with nitrates or other ED drugs. Monitor for dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or prolonged erections (>4 hours).
