Malegra tablets (which contain sildenafil, the same active ingredient used for erectile dysfunction) are not recommended to be taken with alcohol. Alcohol doesn’t cause a dangerous “direct chemical reaction” with sildenafil, but it can still make things riskier and less effective: What can happen if you mix them: Stronger dizziness or lightheadedness (both alcohol and sildenafil lower blood pressure) Drop in blood pressure, especially when standing up Headache, flushing, or feeling faint Weaker erection performance (alcohol itself can reduce sexual performance) Higher chance of heart strain if you already have cardiac risk factors Occasional small Malegra of alcohol (like 1 drink) may not cause serious issues for some healthy people, but combining them in larger amounts is where problems become more likely. Safer approach: Avoid alcohol entirely if you’re taking Malegra for the first time If you do drink, keep it minimal Avoid binge drinking or “party-level” alcohol use Don’t combine if you have low blood pressure, heart disease, or are on BP medications If you want, tell me your dose and how often you’re planning to use it—I can give more specific safety guidance based on that.
