Tadarise 60 mg is a high dose of tadalafil, combining it with another ED medicine—such as sildenafil (Viagra, Suhagra, Vigora, Fildena) or another tadalafil product—can increase the overall PDE-5 inhibitor effect. That can increase the risk of excessively low blood pressure, dizziness/fainting, headache, and other adverse effects. More importantly, combinations of tadalafil with other PDE-5 inhibitors have not Tadarise 60 mg established as safe or effective, so prescribing information specifically advises against combining them. D DailyMed +1 Also, for ED, the usual as-needed tadalafil dose is 10 mg, adjustable to 20 mg; 20 mg is the standard maximum recommended dose. A 60 mg product is therefore substantially above the standard ED dose. D DailyMed Do not combine tadalafil with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin/GTN or with “poppers”—that combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. D DailyMed If you've already taken Tadarise 60 mg plus another ED medicine, tell me which medicine, how much, and when you took each, and I can explain what to watch for.
