Tadalis SX 20 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor commonly used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It is generally taken before planned sexual activity, but the exact timing should follow the advice of a healthcare professional.

Many men take tadalafil approximately 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, so taking it about an hour beforehand is a common approach. However, tadalafil has a longer duration of action compared with some other ED medicines and may remain effective for up to 36 hours in many users. Sexual stimulation is still required for the medicine to work; it does not cause an automatic erection.

Tadalis SX 20 mg can usually be taken with or without food, although a heavy meal may affect how quickly some medicines begin working. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided because it may increase the risk of dizziness, low blood pressure, and reduced sexual performance.

Do not take more than the prescribed dose or combine Tadalis SX 20 mg with other ED treatments unless advised by a healthcare provider. Men with heart conditions, low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or those using nitrate medicines should seek medical advice before taking tadalafil.
