Manforce 100 mg contains sildenafil citrate, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction. An overdose can occur not only by taking too many tablets, but also when the drug is taken by people whose bodies cannot safely tolerate this dose. Individuals who take more than 100 mg within 24 hours, or who combine Manforce with other sildenafil‑containing medicines, are at high risk of overdose. First‑time users who start directly with 100 mg without medical advice may also experience overdose‑like effects.

People with heart conditions such as coronary artery disease, previous heart attack, stroke, or irregular heartbeat are more vulnerable to serious reactions. Manforce 100 mg using nitrate medications for chest pain or recreational “poppers” are at extreme risk, as this combination can cause a sudden and dangerous drop in blood pressure. Patients with liver or kidney disease may overdose more easily because the drug is cleared slowly from the body.

Older adults, especially over 65 years, and people taking certain medicines like alpha‑blockers, antifungals, antibiotics, or HIV drugs are also at increased risk. Mixing Manforce with alcohol or recreational drugs further raises the chance of overdose and severe side effects.
