If Vidalista 80 contains tadalafil 80 mg, I would strongly advise not taking it without medical supervision. For erectile dysfunction, the usual maximum on-demand tadalafil dose is 20 mg; 80 mg is substantially higher. N nhs.uk +1 Avoid tadalafil during illness particularly if you have: Chest pain, recent heart attack, recent stroke, unstable angina, serious heart disease, or uncontrolled blood pressure. Tadalafil can lower blood pressure and sexual activity itself may be unsafe in some cardiac conditions. Vidalista 80  Severe kidney disease or severe liver disease—tadalafil should generally be avoided in these situations. D DailyMed Low blood pressure, especially if you're dehydrated from vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or poor fluid intake. An illness requiring nitrate medication such as nitroglycerin/GTN for chest pain. Tadalafil must not be combined with nitrates because of the risk of a dangerous blood-pressure drop. D DailyMed Severe illness or significant weakness/dehydration, where low blood pressure could be particularly problematic. If you've already taken Vidalista 80 while sick, tell me what illness you have, what other medicines/drugs you took, when you took the tablet, and your age. I can help assess the immediate risk. If you have chest pain, fainting, severe dizziness, difficulty breathing, sudden vision/hearing loss, or an erection lasting 4+ hours, seek emergency medical care. N nhs.uk +1
