Tadalista 10 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). To use it safely and effectively, follow your healthcare professional's instructions and avoid changing the dose on your own.

For as-needed treatment, Tadalista 10 mg is commonly taken before anticipated sexual activity. It may begin working within about 30–60 minutes and can remain effective for up to approximately 36 hours. Sexual stimulation is still necessary for an erection. Tadalafil can generally be taken with or without food.

Avoid taking more than one dose in 24 hours unless your doctor specifically recommends otherwise. Do not combine tadalafil with other ED medicines because this can increase the risk of side effects. Limiting alcohol is also advisable, as excessive drinking can worsen dizziness, lower blood pressure, and make erections more difficult.

The most important safety precaution is to never combine tadalafil with nitrate medicines, such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, or with recreational “poppers.” This combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your doctor about all prescription medicines, supplements, and over-the-counter drugs you use.

Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, and muscle aches. Seek urgent medical attention for chest pain, fainting, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting longer than four hours.

For persistent ED, medical evaluation can help identify underlying causes and determine whether tadalafil is appropriate.
