Malegra 200 mg is a brand of sildenafil. 200 mg sildenafil is twice the 100 mg dose and is above the usual maximum recommended dose for erectile dysfunction. For ED, sildenafil is generally prescribed at 25–100 mg once daily, with 100 mg being the maximum recommended dose. Malegra 200 mg  does not necessarily produce a stronger or longer-lasting erection, but it can substantially increase side effects such as headache, flushing, dizziness, low blood pressure, vision changes, and potentially serious cardiovascular effects.
