Vidalista Black 80 mg and sildenafil citrate are both medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), but they contain different active ingredients. Vidalista Black 80 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor that helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Sildenafil citrate is the active ingredient in medicines such as Viagra and works through the same PDE5 inhibitor mechanism.

The main difference is duration of action.  Vidalista Black 80 mg can remain effective for up to 36 hours, which allows a longer window for sexual activity. Sildenafil usually works for about 4–6 hours. In terms of onset, sildenafil often starts working in about 30–60 minutes, while tadalafil may take around 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Both medicines require sexual stimulation to work and do not increase sexual desire by themselves. Common side effects of both may include headache, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion, and changes in vision. Tadalafil may be more likely to cause back pain or muscle aches, while sildenafil may cause more noticeable visual disturbances in some users.
