If by Super Fildena you mean the combination product containing sildenafil (often marketed with dapoxetine), headache can be a fairly common side effect, particularly from the sildenafil component. Sildenafil can cause headaches because it widens blood vessels. In clinical trials, headache occurred in about 21% of people taking 50 mg and 28% taking 100 mg, compared with 7% on placebo. If you develop a severe or unusual  Super Fildena , especially with dizziness, fainting, chest pain, vision changes, or neurological symptoms, seek medical attention rather than taking another dose.
