Vilitra 60 mg does increase blood flow, specifically to the penis, when used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Here’s how it works  Active ingredient — Vardenafil Vilitra 60 mg contains vardenafil, a medication in the class of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE‑5) inhibitors. What it does During sexual arousal, the body releases nitric oxide in the penile tissue. This triggers a chemical (called cGMP) that relaxes smooth muscles and dilates blood vessels. Vardenafil blocks the PDE‑5 enzyme that would normally break down Vilitra 60 mg , allowing cGMP to work longer. As a result, blood vessels widen (vasodilation) and blood flow to the penis increases, which helps produce and maintain an erection.  Important notes Vilitra does not cause an automatic erection — sexual stimulation is required for it to work. It is intended to help improve blood flow during sexual arousal in men with ED, making erections firmer and longer lasting. If you’re considering using Vilitra 60 mg, always consult a healthcare provider first to confirm it’s safe and appropriate for you.
