Tadarise 60 mg can help with erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Its active ingredient is Tadalafil, a well-known medicine used to improve erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
Tadalafil belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. When a man is sexually aroused, the body releases nitric oxide in the penile tissues. This increases a chemical called cGMP, which relaxes the smooth muscles in the blood vessels of the penis. As a result, more blood flows into the penile tissues, helping to produce and maintain an erection. Tadalafil works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme that breaks down cGMP, allowing the erection process to last longer and work more effectively.
Tadarise 60 mg does not cause an automatic erection and does not increase sexual desire. Sexual stimulation is still required for the medicine to work. It is usually taken before sexual activity, and its effects can last significantly longer than many other ED medications—often up to 24–36 hours.
However, 60 mg is a high dose, and not everyone needs it. Higher doses may increase the risk of side effects such as headache, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and dizziness.
Tadarise 60 mg should only be used under medical supervision, especially in people with heart disease, low blood pressure, or those taking nitrate medications.
