Tadalista CT 20, a chewable form of tadalafil, is metabolized primarily in the liver. After oral administration, tadalafil is absorbed into the bloodstream and undergoes hepatic metabolism mainly via the cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP3A4. This enzyme breaks down Tadalista CT 20 mg into its metabolites, which are mostly inactive. The drug reaches peak plasma concentration within about 2 hours, although its onset of action may begin earlier due to the chewable form. Tadalafil has a long half-life of around 17.5 hours, allowing for prolonged effects. Most of the metabolites are excreted in the feces (approximately 61%), while a smaller amount (about 36%) is eliminated in the urine.
