Tadora 20 mg is marketed as containing tadalafil 20 mg, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis when sexual stimulation is present; it does not automatically produce an erection or increase sexual desire.

After taking tadalafil, blood concentrations typically reach their maximum at a median of about 2 hours, although this can vary between individuals. Therefore, some men may notice the strongest effect around this period.

The effect is not limited to the peak concentration, however. Tadalafil has a relatively long duration of action, and studies show improved erectile function can continue for up to 36 hours after an as-needed dose. This does not mean a continuous erection; rather, the ability to achieve an erection in response to sexual stimulation may remain improved during that period.

For ED, tadalafil Tadora 20 mg is generally taken as needed, with 10 mg commonly used as the starting dose and 20 mg used when appropriate based on response and tolerability. It should not be taken more than once daily.

Tadalafil should never be combined with nitrate medicines because this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Seek urgent care for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than four hours.
