Hi Board members,

Just updated Thunderbird and now the import option is completely greyed out, even with ImportExportTools NG installed. I’m stuck with no way to add my MBOX file. What’s going on here?

Instead of fighting with Thunderbird, I went with SysTools Thunderbird Import Wizard and the job was done in minutes. If your import is greyed out too, this tool is a reliable way to import MBOX to Thunderbird. Anyone know a fix for the greyed menu?
