Vilitra 20 mg contains vardenafil 20 mg, a PDE5 inhibitor. It can occasionally cause visual changes because vardenafil can also inhibit PDE6, an enzyme involved in light detection in the retina. These effects are generally temporary and are most noticeable around the time the drug reaches its peak concentration.
