Fildena Super Active can cause nausea as a side effect. This medication contains Sildenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction, and like other drugs in this class, it can have gastrointestinal effects in some people. Common side effects of Fildena Super Active include: Headache Flushing (warmth or redness of the face) Dizziness Nasal congestion Indigestion or nausea Blurred vision or changes in color perception (less common) Nausea typically occurs due to the way Sildenafil affects blood flow and smooth Fildena Super Active , including those in the stomach. Taking the medication after a light meal rather than on an empty stomach can sometimes reduce nausea. Drinking plenty of water and avoiding heavy, fatty meals before taking it can also help. Important: If nausea is severe, persistent, or accompanied by chest pain, dizziness, or vision changes, medical attention should be sought immediately. Fildena Super Active should not be taken with nitrates (like nitroglycerin) or certain blood pressure medications due to serious risk of low blood pressure.
