Why should Super Vilitra not be combined with nitrates?

Super Vilitra should not be combined with nitrates because the combination can cause a dangerous, potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Super Vilitra products are marketed as containing vardenafil plus dapoxetine. The important interaction here is vardenafil, which is a PDE-5 inhibitor. Nitrates such as nitroglycerin and isosorbide increase nitric-oxide signaling, causing blood vessels to relax and widen. Vardenafil also enhances this pathway. Taking them together can produce excessive blood-vessel Super Vilitra a severe fall in blood pressure, which can lead to fainting, heart attack, stroke, or other serious complications. Examples of nitrates: nitroglycerin/GTN, isosorbide mononitrate, and isosorbide dinitrate. Recreational “poppers” containing amyl nitrite are also unsafe with vardenafil. If you've taken Super Vilitra and a nitrate, don't take another dose and seek urgent medical advice, particularly if you develop dizziness, fainting, chest pain, weakness, or difficulty breathing. If you tell me which heart/blood-pressure medicine you're taking, I can check whether it is a nitrate or another medication that can interact with vardenafil.
