Sildigra 100 mg may be associated with muscle or joint discomfort, although morning joint stiffness is not among the most common effects. Sildigra is generally marketed as containing sildenafil 100 mg, and sildenafil's prescribing information lists musculoskeletal effects such as back pain, muscle pain (myalgia), and pain in the limbs. Arthralgia (joint pain) has also been reported.

If stiffness occurs mainly the morning after taking Sildigra, there could be a connection, particularly if the symptom repeatedly appears after each dose and improves when the medicine wears off. However, morning stiffness can have many other causes, including sleeping position, physical activity, dehydration, arthritis, or another medical condition.

Sildigra 100 mg strength is also associated with higher rates of several sildenafil side effects compared with lower doses in clinical trials, although this does not prove that a particular episode of joint stiffness is caused by the medicine.

If the stiffness is persistent, severe, accompanied by swollen joints, rash, fever, muscle weakness, or continues even when you have not taken sildenafil, consult a healthcare professional. Do not increase the dose to overcome side effects.

Also, sildenafil should never be combined with nitrate medicines, because this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

If you tell me when you take Sildigra and how long the morning stiffness lasts, I can help you assess whether the timing is consistent with a medication-related effect.
