Fildena 120 mg should be used only under medical supervision, particularly if it contains sildenafil 120 mg. The reason is that 120 mg is above the usual maximum recommended sildenafil dose for erectile dysfunction. Standard prescribing information recommends 50 mg as needed, with Fildena 120 mg  and no more than once daily. A doctor should check for: Nitrate medicines (nitroglycerin, isosorbide)—these must not be combined with sildenafil because of potentially dangerous blood-pressure drops. Alpha-blockers and other blood-pressure medicines. Heart, kidney, or liver problems, which may affect the appropriate dose. Other medicines that can increase sildenafil levels. I would not recommend taking Fildena 120 mg on your own. If you're considering it for ED, a lower, medically appropriate sildenafil dose is generally safer.
