Tadarise 60 mg is generally not considered safe for frequent or regular use without medical supervision, and it is a high-dose tadalafil formulation that can increase the risk of side effects. What Tadarise 60 mg is Tadarise contains tadalafil, the same active drug used in medicines like Cialis. It works by increasing blood flow to help with erectile dysfunction (ED). Standard medical dosing is much lower: Typical on-demand ED dose: 10–20 mg once in 24–36 hours Daily use (when prescribed): 2.5–5 mg once daily A 60 mg dose is significantly above usual approved dosing ranges, and most guidelines do not recommend doses that high. Why frequent use of 60 mg is risky Taking a high dose repeatedly increases the likelihood of side effects, such as: Common / dose-related effects Headache Flushing (warmth/redness) Nasal congestion Dizziness Indigestion More serious risks (more likely at higher doses) Low blood pressure (can cause fainting) Fast or irregular heartbeat Vision or hearing disturbances Painful or prolonged erection (priapism) requiring emergency care High doses can also interact Tadarise 60 mg with: Nitrate heart medications (strictly contraindicated) Some blood pressure drugs Alcohol (can worsen blood pressure drops) Important point about “frequent use” Even though tadalafil itself has been studied for longer-term use at safe medical doses (5–20 mg) and is generally well tolerated under supervision, there is no safety evidence supporting frequent 60 mg use. In fact, exceeding recommended doses increases risk without improving effectiveness proportionally. Bottom line Occasional use of prescribed tadalafil (low dose) is generally safe for many people Tadarise 60 mg is a high-strength dose and should not be used frequently Repeated use at this level increases side-effect and cardiovascular risk When you should be extra careful Avoid using it without medical advice if you have: Heart disease or chest pain history Low blood pressure Liver/kidney disease Use of nitrates or multiple BP medications If you want, tell me how often you’re using it and your age/health conditions (only what you’re comfortable sharing), and I can help you understand what a safer dosing pattern typically looks like.
